  • An advanced brush grade chloroprene based formula specially designed for bonding a wide variety of substrates used in the shoe industry.
    Code Features and Applications
    9105 Fast drying glue, good initial tack and medium open time. Suitable for gluing uppers to outsoles for later stitching.
    9110 Glue (1K) with medium drying, strong grip and high heat resistance. Its good flexibility (medium crystallization) allows gluing of toe caps to leather. Used in gluing leather flooring, EVA, Neolite®.
    9115 Glue (1K) with normal drying, good grip and high heat resistance. Suitable for application to the heel. Used in leather bonding, EVA, Neolite®.
    9120 Glue (1K) with quick drying, strong grip. It has a high crystallization and is suitable for fixing floors to cut in sewing operations.
    9125 Fast drying glue, strong grip and high heat resistance. It has a medium crystallization and is suitable for greasy leathers.
    9130 Glue (1K) with medium drying, strong grip and high solids content. Its medium open time allows it to be used to manually join leather, EVA, Neolite®, wood, fabrics and other materials used in shoemaking.
    9135 Quick drying glue, good heat resistance. It has a medium crystallization and a medium open time. Find its use in templates (internal part).
    9140 Glue with permanent bonding and good heat resistance. It has a high crystallization and finds its use in the assembly of pieces of footwear to be later sewn.
    9145 Fast drying glue with permanent bonding. Specially designed for gluing insoles and parts that will later be sewn.
    9150 Glue with super-fast drying, high tack, permanent bonding and high resistance. It is especially suitable for leather and synthetic materials.
    9151 Glue with fast drying, long open time and heat resistance. It is especially suitable for pieces that will later be sewn.
    9152 Fast drying glue, long open time and good heat resistance. To be used in gluing substrates in the manufacture of footwear, especially in the manufacture of pieces that will later be sewn.
    9155 Fast drying glue, good resistance to heat and without toluene in its “toluene free” formulation. It presents a medium crystallization and a medium open time, which allows it to be used in templates (internal part).

    5126 Glue (1 and 2K) with medium hot open time. Ideal for processes that require high resistance to bonding, it contains a UV indicator. Suitable for gluing PU, PVC, pretreated synthetic rubber.
    5130 Glue with long hot open time, low activation temperature and high hot tack. Suitable for gluing PVC, PU floors; SBR, TPR (pretreated) where high final strength is needed.
    5131 Glue with open time with long heat, low temperature of reactivation, and high “hot-tack”, contains a UV indicator. Adequate for pasting any type of floor of PU; PVC and EVA, SBR, TPR pretreated.
    5140 Glue with long open time and a high initial force (after it dries), this allows that the glue can be use without activating it. Glue for assembling and reparations.
